10) PROJECT - WORK GUIDELINES AND REQUESTS

Please Read the Following work guidelines and requests so we can better serve you.

A. You should provide us ALL the contents in “timely progressive manner” or “ALL at once” if you can. Text, Translations, Biography, Clippings, Photos, Addresses, Videos, MP3s, etc…

B. We can only start working in your project once we have received:
a) The above questionnaire
b) The signed contract agreement
c) 25% of all materials to be part of the project
d) 50% of the total project value

C. We respect dates and deadlines. Our objective is to deliver your site in 3 - 8 weeks from the moment we receive the first payment – 50% of the total site value. The site publishing will only happen after we have received the last part of the payment.

D. After the site is published, you’ll have 15 days to request modifications to the images & text. After this period, all modifications will be priced as updates. (4)

(3) Structure per additional language starts at $200 (structure only, translation not included) for our basic package.
